Here light is not used to illuminate. It is offered as a material — dense enough to inhabit, to move through, almost to touch. There is no object to look at, no image to decipher. Slowly, you stop watching the light and begin to sense your own perception at work.
Centrale is an invitation to slow down, to sit, to let the outside fall away and sink into another space-time — a suspended, meditative interval where the forces at play are no longer understood, but simply felt.
